Assistant Store Manager

* Provides prompt quality customer service to include assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and providing product               information or pricing in person or via telephone.
* Maintains an understanding of the store’s products and pricing information to assist and direct customer purchases while achieving store sales goals.
* Responds to customer complaints/concerns through effective customer service techniques; escalates concerns to management as needed.
* Oversees timely completion of customer work orders with service staff and follows up with staff and customers regarding any issues or delays along with the appropriate payments from customers
* Ensure that the store environment and associate appearances are consistent using best practices and standard operating procedures
* Responsible for the coaching, development, retention and scheduling of teammates
	* Drive sales and store profitability through proper inventory levels, labor optimization, and cost reduction techniq

* Responsible for developing strategies and objectives to drive sales and store profitability through analysis, trends and proper inventory levels	
* Analyze and merchandise product by referencing plan-o-grams ensuring integrity and consistency within the retail store environment using best practices and standard operating procedures
	* Create, revise and executes project work plans as well as manages day-to-day merchandising needs of the vendor, store, or department to meet the changing needs of the retail environment.
* Provide direction to merchandising associates on project preparation and ensure completion of activities 
* Conduct walks and utilize reports to drive execution of merchandising standards safely, accurately and productively  
* Communicate and interact with store leadership 
* Prepare and analyze shrink plans and asset prevention reports
	* Provide supervision and leadership that equips associates with the proper skills to successfully execute and accomplish objective
