My life experiences have helped me succeed in the most precarious of situations.  I strive with challenges and delight in solving difficult problems. My natural drive towards betterment has given me the ability to succeed in my professional life. I also possess an innate attraction for efficiency, organization, and detail. My track record in effectively improving sales/team performance, developing new business and building team morale has guaranteed me recognizable success. I believe in building strong public/community relations both through my career and my personal life. Securing loyalty from customers takes the whole person reliably displaying commitment to quality. My passion and convictions drive my actions. 
I recently relocated to California from North Carolina and looking to secure any level position with a stable company.  I have extensive & diverse skills in marketing/sales and willing to start wherever I may be needed and would be most effective to your company.

The responsibility as Facility Director allowed me the opportunity to prepare annual budgets, design lesson plans, write staff evaluations, and prepare schedules for classes, meals & breaks. I successfully handled enrollments, family and community events, walk in traffic as well as telephone & social media, updates of forms, employee handbooks and procedure manuals as necessary. I maintained all bookkeeping and budget management systems and increased center profitability. We were able to acquire a 5-Star Rating by implementing all state & county guidelines and cooperating with the higher level of standards required. 

 PROGRAM DIRECTOR 


The responsibility for Sales and Marketing allowed me a unique opportunity to tightly implement strategies/programs to effectively generate new business and create leads for potential future referrals. This included networking and relationshipbuilding beyond hospital track. This well-orchestrated execution enabled me to meet budget and exceed combined Medicare and managed-care intakes. Acting as a community and facilities liaison, I delivered large community events and trade shows both internally and externally, helping increase market visibility and sales growth. Executed nationwide marketing campaigns as lead of the “Golden Difference” marketing team made up of multi-department heads. Designed and delivered departmental-level training involving in-service, marketing, admissions and customer service. Increased staff competency insured repetitive success and higher quality of service. 


DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING  


The Director of Community Relations role helped me discover and truly appreciate the fact that quality relationships lead to repeat business! My execution model was focused on delivering strategies that leveraged dynamic relationships with patients, doctors and physicians throughout Charlotte-metro area. The high achievement on sales growth was successful by building and developing internal/external sales teams as well as external referrals. All marketing analysis and sales trend reporting served as key input into Senior Management strategic planning. Facilities performance responsibilities included coordinating activities and marketing strategy amongst five facilities throughout NC/VA. I designed and delivered skilltransfer and special training to staff members in marketing, customer service, and admissions departments. Also, supervised and approved all marketing material to ensure consistent message to the community
