Oversee between 10 and 15 associates at any given time.
   Supervise the work activities of associates in the department.
   Train and develop and associates in skills and behaviors related to job tasks.
   Participate and partner with store management in the interview process for hiring of new associates.
   Participate in the disciplinary process of associates.
   Utilize forecasts and sales trends to dictate ordering and properly manage inventory throughout the year.
