I have professional experience within the advertising and project managing field. Given my background is design, I have a different outlook in all projects I see from creative to the business side. 

I have the ability, energy, ethics and creativity to reach effective solutions to any obstacle I may encounter. I enjoy working with people as well as independently; I strongly believe that you need to be a chameleon in today's world in order to achieve on what needs to be achieved. I have always been able to establish and maintain wonderful relationships with co-workers.

• Scheduling weekly meetings with customer and team members to discuss on-going projects,
deadlines and priorities.
• Maintaining multiple spreadsheets and data-bases for a variety of projects (Internal and External).

• Accountable for projects to be completed and released by projected deadlines.
• Organize, manage and maintain all proper project documentation.
• Produce weekly productivity reports for upper level management and client.
• Prepare formal presentations for client through Power Point and printed mock-ups.
• Responsible for coordinating and managing all internal and external financial audits.
• Analyze and execute new project management software that assists with projects from
origination to production to fulfillment.
• Provide client relations to identity problems and/or solutions needed specific to budget and deadlines.
• Coordinate projects with design team and print vendors.
• Weekly meetings with team members to discuss current projects, budgets, deadlines and priorities.
• Assist upper level management with negotiating prices with print vendors.
