Sing Jade Yi

I recently obtained my master’s degree at the University of Southern California, Annenberg in Communications Management - Digital Social Media. I am a Southern California native, and received my BA at University of California, San Diego with a double major in Economics and Psychology. I moved back to Los Angeles to pursue a career in digital media focusing on social media strategy, website optimization, and digital marketing. While working at the Zimmer Children’s Museum, the only children’s museum in Los Angeles, I helped develop the Communication department. Additionally, my recent internships include: DreamWorks Animation, Nimble, and the American Heart Association. I have a strong passion in digital media and creating engaging content on multiple social media platforms. Additionally, I am the Manager of Social Media and Marketing for Camp Ohana Foundation, which is a 501(C)(3) organization that helps underprivileged and orphaned children in Western Kenya. Camp Ohana’s mission is to help develop these children into compassionate adults who are successful leaders in their communities. My current project is raising funds to rebuild Camp Ohana’s current clubhouse into the first children’s library in Western Kenya through online communications. When I am not pursuing my passion in digital media, I enjoy baking sweets of all sorts, running, and making handmade novelties. Email: [email protected] Twitter: Website:
