I’m proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel. I have retail customer service experience in many fields of products. I’m a quick study when it comes to new processes and procedures regarding product usability and customer interaction, instructions, and documentation. I’m also knowledgeable in processes pertaining to loading and unloading merchandise trucks, experienced in cashiering, as well as training new employees with procedures of the store.
