I am a recent graduate of SDSU with a major in Management Information Systems. I have a passion for business and entrepreneurship, with a background in IT. I've successfully managed school, work, a local clothing company, and volunteer work simultaneously over the last 6 years. Tickets.com – Hardware Analyst 
•	Helped launch new scanning kiosks that utilize Fortress GB for attendees to scan their tickets in using both paper and mobile device tickets.
•	Assisted Dodger Stadium ticket takers in adapting to the new ticketing systems.
•	Recorded and reported issues that occurred as spectators entered so that the issues could be resolved for future games.
•	Troubleshooted issues with kiosk hardware and box office hardware and software.

Pro4ia – IT Consultant 
•	Deployed new iPhone 5Cs and iPads for Brookfield Office Properties
•	Led a team of 3-10 consultants throughout the deployment process
•	Set up 50+ new devices with Airwatch Mobile Device Manager
•	Utilized soft and hard tokens so Brookfield employees could utilize remote access to their work applications

Skid Row Housing Trust – Help Desk Technician 
•	Setting up new users in Active Directory and Micros

•Google Drive Launch:
Helped in the assistance of training all users to utilize Google Drive and Google Docs to encourage collaboration and ease of access to files.

•Primetime Mac Migration Launch:
Helped train Primetime Program employees on how to use their new Mac Mini for their everyday work.

• Windows XP to 7 Migration:
Assisted in the reformatting and upgrading of workstation computers from Windows XP to 7, while ensuring a smooth transition.

• BYOD Research:
Researched the pros and cons of employees using their own devices at work, as well as researching the policies to consider in order to avoid the risk that comes with allowing users to use their own devices.

Tier I Help Desk Support

•	Responsible for the safety, overseeing, and fun of several groups of 14 Junior High teenagers, as well as the responsibility to provide staff development and organize weekly events.
•	Handled and resolved questions, concerns, and issues with parents.
