Managing Member

Responsible for all aspects and overall success of Fox Wash, including initial concept and business plan development, soliciting initial and ongoing investments, commercial regulatory compliance, environmental regulatory compliance, A/R, A/P, sales and sales management, machine maintenance, human resources and labor law compliance, reporting to investors and members, operations management, developing and pursuing growth strategies,  training and developing staff, and delivering profits to our investors.

Responsible for overall performance of the Rental Fleet under Quality Leasing, growing the Full Service Lease customer base, re-developing the entire rental program, maximizing utilization and profitability, creating and implementing best practices for Quality Leasing, coordinating sales efforts with the retail sales staff, initiating specific strategies for target prospects and segments, educating and leading sales staff and customers on financial and operational benefits of our lease and rental product lines, and controlling the logistics of our fleet ensuring availability for our customers.

Rental Manager / Lease Account Manager

I held several positions at Ryder, taking promotions throughout my career there.  In my most recent position, I was responsible for developing and growing customer relationships, growing market share, and delivering value added proposals and services to prospective clients and existing accounts in the transportation industry.  Managing operations for 4 locations including asset management, recruiting/hiring, vehicle logistics, personnel logistics, leading change initiatives, training, and maximizing location profitability.
