Accepted a position as Customer Service Support Representative for this $100 million dollar furniture installation company.  Assisted all Sales Representatives, Project Managers and also Customer Service with all installation problems Representatives in both our L.A. and Irvine offices (punch issues).  

Customer Service Support

Accepted a position as Customer Account Representative for this $500 million Footwear & Apparel Company. Assigned four (4) Sales Representatives in areas of Wisconsin, Arizona, Florida and Philadelphia along with other areas within their territories.  
 Responsibilities included:
•	Entering orders from customers that called, faxed in by sales representatives.
•	Verified pricing, tracked shipments, filed POD’s with the shipping department internally.
•	Handled consumer complaints, took calls from consumers that either were looking for our latest styles sold in their area and or referring them to our web site so as to purchase but not limiting to replacing a shoe if defective.
•	Handled defective returns, verified pricing, stock availability.


Customer Service Representative

Accepted a position as Customer Account Representative for this $50 million dollar Footwear & Apparel Company.  
 This Position consisted of all customer related functions for the Upper North East Territories a total of 400 customer accounts, also customer service contact for major accounts such as Sears, Meijer’s and Tradehome




Accepted a position as Customer Service Representative with this Fortune 500 Cellular Company a 24/7 call center.
Job duties were as follows:
•	Received inbound calls at our call center from customers that ranged from
o	Bill inquiries
o	Upgrading their pricing plans
o	How to set up voicemails
o	Worked with the other departments when needed such as Tech Support, Credit, Fraud, Escalations, and other various departments.


$200 million office furniture distributor with offices in New York and California. Duties include:
•	Issued quotes to customers for various vendors, converting quotes to orders, and assisting the project team on large bids
•	Converted file transfer specifications to orders from Ontrak and CAP programs interfacing with the customer service team leads and the special projects team manager

•	Reported directly to the department manager and included data processing, spreadsheets, and building databases using Windows Word, Excel, and Paradox
•	Assisted in computer and software tracking for security purposes

•	Data processing support for the group and maintenance of the library for the department
