Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator

     - Escorted coaches to media interviews
     - Filmed interviews and uploaded them to YouTube and Hurricanesports.com

Communications Intern

- Assisted with all on deck practices morning and afternoon practices. 
- Complied all equipment orders through budget tracking. 
- Arranged travel accommodations, including hotel stays, bus travel, and food requirements. 
- Composed a weight lifting program used three times a week. 
- Actively recruited high school swimmers into the program, corresponding through email, telephone, and in-person visits. 
- Provided an outlet of mentorship for the team.

Coordinator/Assistant Coach

- Assisted with game day promotional plans and operation objectives for the Denver Outlaws, professional lacrosse team. 
- Provided aid to set up pre-game activities. 
- Distributed fliers and programs. 
- Deconstructed all tables, chairs, banners, and booths post-game.

Game Day Volunteer

- Handled customer service regarding swim lessons. 
- Authorized transactions during each session. 
- Organized the instructor schedule.
