Supervised lifeguards and other pool staff to ensure proper and hard work ethic, managed pool quality, mediated between Member Services Director and/or General Manager and pool staff. Assisted in planning and participating in three holiday and multiple other events throughout the summer.

Held multiple positions; As a Lifeguard I helped ensure safety of and maintain the pool area; As a Front Desk receptionist I managed the desk which involved high rates of customer service, cash management, and attention to detail; As a Swim Instructor, I taught basic swimming skills to children ages 4-8
