Striving to consistently bring my prior retail knowledge and apply it in my new Vans adventure. Eagerly learning new management techniques and Vans operations to become a more well rounded employee. Job duties:
-Daily management operations, opening/closing the store, creating game plans for sales/tasks.
-Providing above and beyond great customer service personally and through the the sales team by coaching in the moment and team selling.
-Stock duties, merchandising sales floor for maximum customer experience, shipping/receiving freight and keeping a well organized stockroom.
-Training and development, my own personal skills and then applying that to training a well rounded sales/stock team.

Job duties:
Basic Retail Operations
-Build Depth, recruit/hire team members, train existing staff to a higher level.
-Daily management operations, opening/closing store, planning the sales/task for the day, responding to emails/ leading conference calls for district.
-Providing excellent customer service both personally and through the sales team with leadership/team selling/managing a fig 8 on sales floor.
-Stock duties, merchandising sales floor for maximum customer experience, shipping/receiving freight and keeping a well organized stockroom.
-Training and development, my own personal skills and then applying that to training a well rounded sales/stock team.
-Loss prevention, controlling loss and preventing theft on the floor and through stock operations.

Above and Beyond Basic duties:
-Help district manager strategize/create plans for district and then develop/implement/teach district meetings to help grow the management team across the district.
-Run the district when DM is out,
