Responsible for the day-to day running of the apparel manufacturing facility of 750 sewing 			machine and 20 Ton per day  knit fabric production plant . My responsibility includes :


•	Supervise Sample Room Manager  for Sample development, consumption, marker, production pattern, 
•	costing and price negotiation with customer etc.
•	Follow-up and work with merchandising and procurement department for planning, costing and product development, quality control and on time delivery ( import and local).
•	Supervise factory manager of  garment manufacturing  plant for cutting, sewing , finishing and quality and timely shipment of goods.
•	Supervise all factory manger and other responsible department manger included knitting and dyeing department for minimize wastage and increase productivity with minimum cost without affecting quality and delivery.
•	work with account section to make sure company is making good profit. Analyze what can be done to increase company profit. 


•	Prepare quotation of the garment according to customer inquiries. . 
•	 Procure or collect a garment export order .
•	 Estimate time schedule for the export of those garments as per L/C.
•	 Arrange all the materials needed for the garments to manufacture and export
•	collection of raw materials as per time schedule 
•	 Work with procurement and store department for the quantity and quality of the 	collected raw materials .
•	 Monitor garment production progress as per time schedule
•	Timely monitor desired imposed quality level of the produced garment 
•	 Follow-up  garment packing instructions 
•	Monitor banking and shipment arrangements as per time schedule
•	 Maintain continuous liaison with the buyer or his/her representative if needed
•	follow up payment collection against garments export as  per schedule
•	 Submit Final Report to top management
