•Track and monitor the performance of each individual business that CapitalSpring invests, using IRR, NPV and fair market value as key performance metrics.

The Haslam Torch Fund is a long equity portfolio funded by the generosity of Pilot Travel Centers founder Mr. Jim Haslam.
• Manage a portfolio (valued at approximately $575,000) primarily though fundamental analysis. Monitor individual stock performance in the Industrials sectors of the S&P 500. Initiate multiple options strategies to hedge risk of current portfolio holdings. 
• Report portfolio performance to the client by preparing quarterly reports. Quarterly reports include comparing portfolio performance with Sharpe and Treynor measures along with three benchmarks: earning a positive return, outperforming the S&P 500 (net dividends), and outperforming the competing portfolio (and team) funded by Mr. Chris LaPorte.
