Marketing & PR coordinator

BA in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. 5 Years customer service, 4 years office experience, 3 years marketing/events/pr experience.

My main goal is to find a company that I can grow with. I spent over 5 years at my first job out of high school. I worked very hard to get promoted 4 times before I left to pursue my career. I would love to find a company to settle in with and call home

•	Assist President and SVP of Marketing– Expense reports, calendar requests, presentations and projects
•	Compile weekly press recaps for the executive team and bi-monthly updates company-wide
•	Create and distribute marketing and PR calendars to Marketing, Creative, Retail and Production
•	Monitor company promotional budgets for Marketing, Retail, Sales and Athletic Division
•	Order, ship, track all marketing and PR samples and promo – photo shoots, editorial coverage, events
•	Collaborate with Ecommerce team on marquees, mailers, blogs and product launches

•	Plan and execute all company events – launch parties, retail, holiday parties, concert series, Art shows, Gifting suites etc.
•	Coordinate daily with PR Agency to provide samples, product, hi-res imagery and facilitate other requests
•	Proofread, edit and finalize the layout of all press releases
•	Set product activations, Clearance, out of stock and merchandise the Brand Website for US, Canada, Europe and Australia

•	Assisted with photo shoots including dressing room set up and steaming garments
•	Managed travel arrangements and assisted in event planning for SPECTRE brand launch
•	Scanned magazines and online outlets for brand exposure and placements
•	Maintained the company Exposure site for all Press hits
•	Shipped and tracked all product and sample requests for Marketing

Marketing Intern

supervising other servers, giving direction before during and after their shifts. Ensure other's tables are receiving desired customer service and all running side work is being completed.  Also stations must be properly cleaned and broken down before nightly inspection. 

Server: Maintain outstanding customer service, process sales transactions and utilize teamwork on a daily basis. Demonstrate patience and good communication skills with customers and fellow employees. Be able to pick up new skills quickly, learn to multitask and work productively in stressful situations. 

Trainer: Introducing and educating new hires on all aspects of the restaurant, including a front and back tour, menu knowledge, safety procedures, standards of service, uniform policies and more. Each employee goes through a 5 day training period when hired.

Server/Shift leader

Maintain applicants in Access database, filter incoming calls, respond to e-mails, hold informational meetings for potential travelers, make flyers and decorate bulletin board. Interview candidates for year long exchange programs.
