Multi-faceted experience in professional sales and as an entrepreneur gives me a wide array of sales and management skills to draw from. Have been successful in cold-calling; healthcare buy-and-bill; long cycle sales into matrix organizations; product sales (including fashion eyewear); service sales; have built two successful businesses from scratch with full P&L responsibility and sales management and training duties over nine managers overseeing 53 employees. I have a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with multiple top 10% rankings.

Introduce concept of pharmacogenomic lab testing via cold calls to physicians and hospitals primarily in the cardiology and psychiatry settings; gain exclusivity of DNA lab testing in these offices; ensure pull-through in the offices; train RNs on specimen collection and accurate completion of paperwork; train billing and coding staff on optimal ICD9 and CPT codes to ensure reimbursement to both the office and company’s lab.

•	Exceeded quarterly goal in first two weeks in field for offices enrolled.
•	One of only two account managers in Tennessee to generate enough volume to earn a bonus
•	Opened many new accounts with an approximately 25% one-call closing ratio on cold-calls
