I have worked in the retail industry for 7 years, honing my customer service and sales skills at Nordstrom and a luxury boutique. I moved from sales into visual merchandising to expand my product knowledge and utilize my organizational skills and creativity to increase volume potential for the company. My goal for the future is to find a position at a company where I can grow and take on new challenges over time. Ultimately, I’d like to assume more management, training, or mentoring responsibilities or get involved in product strategy.

-Use Quickbooks to enter invoices and receive payment.

-Observing current industry trends, and interpreting them for the customer base by creating color stories and an organized and cohesive retail environment.
-Taking initiative and working independently to interpret the intentions of the buyer.
-Assisting the buyer to maximize merchandise presentation to increase volume potential.
-Styling merchandise to maximize its appeal to the Wendy Foster customer.
-Creating a visual representation of each of the five unique Wendy Foster retail locations during photo shoots for the company website in order to market the brand to potential customers.
