I have 19 years experience in the promotional products industry working for an apparel wholesale distribution company.  My knowledge and hands on experience includes customer service, sales, purchasing, merchandising, marketing and event planning. My goal is to apply my broad experience and contribute to the success of a dynamic company.

Responsible for planning and executing company events such as trade shows, sales meeting, executive conferences, golf tournaments and annual Open House event.  Created events, managed budgets, researched venues, arranged food & beverage, ordered marketing materials, coordinated promotional materials, arranged appropriate décor.  Arranged and managed on site production from set up to tear down.

Areas of responsibility include trade shows, web advertising, direct mail, trade advertising and new product launches.  Initiated development and delivery of all sales tools, including production and presentation of yearly catalogs.  Responsible for development of annual Marketing budget and overall Marketing plan within supplier co-op allocations and guidelines.

Purchased apparel products directly from manufactures for Imprints Wholesale distribution facilities in CO, WA and NV.  Worked directly with suppliers to develop annual new product assortment to meet customer needs.  Negotiated marketing support for new product launches and advertising.  Developed and managed new drop ship program to provide a broader product assortment for customers.

Supervised and managed  customer service department.  Monitored incoming calls for quality assurance, responsible for hiring, product training and building the company culture. Worked directly with key accounts to develop and grow their business.
