Membership Representative

Foster a successful career in the sport/fitness industry with a concentration in marketing, management, customer service, and sales.

Sells corporate and individual memberships to qualified prospects to meet or exceed personal monthly goals and team goals.  Develops and maintains a prospect lead generation system for corporate and individual members by telemarketing, outside cold calling, club guest passes, walk-ins and member referrals while maintaining a prospect lead follow-up system.  Creates marketing materials to encourage prospects and for existing corporate relationships.

Office Staff Member: Responsible for registering teams and individuals for adult and youth soccer leagues. Reconciled cash drawer and handled various payments. Created and implemented new marketing plans to increase customer participation. Created and ordered Championship t-shirts. Responsible for the facility when the Facility Manager is not present.

Ref/Scorekeeper Coordinator: Created the work schedule for up to twenty referees and scorekeepers on a weekly basis. Supervised all referees and scorekeepers and implemented rules and facility standards. Responsible for referee and scorekeeper duties when an individual cannot cover their shift.

Referee/Scorekeeper Coordinator

Assisted with preparation and execution of tournaments throughout the season. Coordinated scheduling and programming of LPGA-USGA Girls Golf of Aurora Program. Updated association website, created press releases and contributed material to various golf publications.
