<p>Currently wrapping up a Bachelors degree in Cyber Security expecting to graduate in November 2024, also while working in Technical Support providing software and hardware support for digital video display systems and sporting arena scoreboards. I work part time as a photography and contributor for Vital MTB, providing high quality edited photos for their website and social media. As a contributor for Vital MTB, I test and review mountain bike products as a backup tester and provide technical insight to the products. I have experience in scheduling operations, program management, computer systems administration, inventory management, customer support, and technical writing. I would love to work for a company in the action sports industry wherever I can fit in!</p>

•	Provide technical support over the phone to customers and field technicians for troubleshooting network and hardware equipment on digital billboards and marquee displays.
•	Install and troubleshoot proprietary and open-source software, including licensing updates.
•	Create and edit troubleshooting documents that solve technical issues for other technicians to access during troubleshooting. Determine if the articles should be made available to the public through the company support website. 
•	Scan remotely accessed computers for open ports and unnecessary services.
•	Review logs for firewalls, applications, operating systems, and network appliances.
•	Using command line interface, perform firmware updates and system troubleshooting on Linux systems running Ubuntu and Debian distributions.
•	Remotely access customer, company, and technician computers to perform file transfers, firmware updates, and access onsite equipment with direct ethernet connections.
•	Configure firewall templates to be used across multiple devices in various locations. 
•	Configure modems with IP addressing, port forwarding, and firewall rules.

•	Develop and implement technical changes on the aircraft with engineering, research and development, and operations teams.
•	Track and update aircraft fleet and inventory management system in a web-based software application.
•	Research vendors and suppliers for required equipment, parts, and field supplies for daily operations and major projects.  
•	Create documents and spreadsheets containing supplier information, products available, part numbers, pricing, and locations to be submitted to program managers and accounting department. 
•	Organize aircraft inventory, flight schedules and crew manning for flight training and normal flight operations.
•	Transfer flight data from paper logbooks to Excel workbooks and Microsoft Word.
•	Develop processes and procedures for inventory control, tool programs, and employee training.
•	Coordinate with the Program Manager on prioritizing tasks to compete for contracts and obtain licensure from the FAA.
•	Communicate with engineering department on discrepancies found in data tracking software, aircraft design, and mishaps to improve processes, software, and aircraft performance.


Drone Operations Specialist

Coordinate photoshoots with shop owner on new products. Snowboard and ski equipment, mountain bikes, gear, and shop branded casual wear. 

Photographer / Videographer

•	Use inventory management system to control current physical inventory, track shipments of inventory items both inbound and outbound, create requisitions for new inventory items, and create work orders on aircraft and components.
•	Extensive multitasking, up to three tasks at once on multiple computers all containing dynamic flight data, live video feeds, and text chat communication with customers and air traffic control.
•	Maintain aircraft logbooks containing critical aircraft information including flight hours, serial numbers of components inside the aircraft, and all maintenance performed.
•	Operate the aircraft in a safe and effective manner according to company policies, local airfield restrictions and military guidelines.
•	Communicate with local Air Traffic Controllers during airborne and ground operations.
•	Ensure the customer has been briefed on aircraft and system capabilities to ensure mission completeness.
•	Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, or replace major aircraft components such as camera payload, engine and propulsion equipment, flight controls, control surface servos, various avionics radio and autopilot equipment.
•	Perform pre-flight and post flight inspections on aircraft according to the company produced documentation, manuals, and instruction.


Inspect components for correct previous work completion and documentation. Verify serial and part numbers, customer requirements, and additional work scopes required. Take and record measurements using precision instruments.

Quality Inspector

Review manufacturer manuals to ensure accuracy of work performed. Communicate customer requests with management to ensure correct product is placed on order.

Technician

Removal and installation of the following antennas, computers, GPS, and SATCOM systems; Driver Visual Enhancement, Remote Weapon System, Blue Force Tracker, Duke System with 105 and 119 antennas, VSWR testing, Rhino System, Roxtec, DAG-R handheld GPS unit, and Boomerang sound recording system.

Using computer based software, track and maintain aircraft maintenance logs and current inventory. Review serial and part numbers to ensure all paperwork matches physical inventory on aircraft and parts cage.
