I am the newest member of the City of Los Angeles Parks Advisory Board (PAB), representing lower Playa Del Rey and the Del Rey Lagoon Park. The volunteer position allows me to work with the Parks Department to improve the quality of the Del Rey Lagoon Park for everyone's enjoyment and continue to rescue and protect the Park's wildlife.

Managed communications, including messaging, website, social media, and partnerships, for the Archon Genomics XPRIZE, a $10 million competition designed to spur innovation in genome sequencing.

Freelance Assignment Editor

Managed multiple production aspects for a live horse racing cable network owned by Gemstar/TV Guide. 
Prepared weekly schedule for more than 80 employees, including talent, producers, associate producers, directors, and production assistants covering 12-14 hours of daily live programming.
Managed production crew for daily broadcast as well as national coverage for more than 30 live remotes each year, including weeklong full pre-event coverage for The Kentucky Derby and Breeders’ Cup races. 
Supervised all aspects of feature package production from story development, to coordination of reporters and field producers, and through to post-production including Avid and online editing.
Created all protocol for desk operations, field production, remote coverage, tape archives, and Avid edit bays for network launch.
