Sales Lead/Ecommerce Manager

I am a driven individual who loves people and challenges. My main objective in a work setting is to keep make the company I work for more valuable and help it to thrive. I work very hard everyday to enhance my knowledge, whether it be with GIS, Search Engine Optimization or web design. 



My role includes full management of an eBay store, updating product on the website, creating new products for the website, making the site search engine friendly and working on the sales floor to sell physical product. I manage all online orders and ship out the product sold. Sales technique and excellent customer service are paramount for this position.

Work with outdoor retailers to help promote their brand through their website and social media. Search Engine Optimization and web design are key duties. Making outreach calls to other clients for ROI and to help with marketing their business better through the website.

Web Services

Sell customers outdoor products ranging from snowboards and skis to bikes and car racks. Also ring up transactions and help with customer returns and problems at customer service. Sold memberships to customers to promote the co-op.
