Sales Representative/ Rowing Business Coordinator

•	Manage all aspects of global sales to targeted customers. Plan and execute sales strategies that include customer service, marketing, global resellers and direct to consumer sales. 
•	Negotiate larger sales contracts with NGBs and high volume customers.
•	Organize and attend all product sales/service trips domestically and internationally. 2013-14 schedule included Korea, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain and numerous US states
•	Secure athletes for use in marketing campaigns and prototype testing
•	Worked with engineers on development of new products and product upgrades. Oversee warranty issues to help better service the consumer and determine existing issues with the products
•	Plan all print advertising and assist with social media. Assist marketing in long term planning
•	Assist in training of Customer Service to provide consistent sales message and give our CS team the most update product information.
•	Assist with planning and execution of larger events.

•	Started a marketing LLC that specializes in sign spinning and promotional events in Southern California
•	Initially built up the company by contacting, in person and cold calling, local businesses.
