- Teaches approved English curriculum to at-risk youth with reading levels 2-plus years lower than their age average
- Manages team of four English 9 Intensive teachers for collaboration and support systems
- Manages an array of confidential paper work, consulting it for decision-making and planning
- Plans daily lessons and adapts lessons, being flexible to accommodate others' needs
