Lead Consultant

People Oriented, outgoing, hard-working and ready to learn and better myself.

My responsibilities include, overall strong performance with leadership and sales. I also grade responsibility zones on a weekly basis and post a minimum of four Instagram posts for our store which promote customer involvement, products and services. I work face to face with customers and make sales while on shift. I also clean and set an example in all ways. I have learned KPI's and DCOS from my managers as well. I have some experience in training new consultants as well. 

My responsibilities included, providing outstanding customer service, strong sales and efficiency while working on the floor.

Sales Associate

As an Administrative Assistant I provided support for the Executive Assistant and anyone else in the office who needed anything. I learned to work efficiently and effectively in a short amount of time. I had deadlines for creating user manuals as well as testing software before it was pushed live. I learned to input data into spreadsheets as well as learn how to use Microsoft Excel efficiently. Answering phones and providing outstanding customer service was always important. I learned how to work in a professional environment and grew tremendously through out my time working there.
