I am looking for a long term position where I can utilize my "can do" attitude, customer service and business minded attributes to their fullest.

My responsibilities were but not limited to the following:
•	Effectively support corporate office employees, approximately 50 District Directorsand over 500 retail stores nationwide with supply and marketing orders.
•	Obtain vendor quotes, maintain vendor relations and produce purchase orders. 
•	Create and accurately maintainpurchase order records as well as various supply and marketing spreadsheets and files.
•	Review and process requisitions ensuring the correct approvals have been received and accurate coding is provided. 
•	Efficiently coordinate, order, ship and track store supplies and marketingfor new store openings, remodels and closures.
•	Provide exceptional customer service to internal corporate and field employees with requisitions, supply/marketing requests, and shipment tracking inquiries.
•	Assist Executive Administrative Assistants as needed.

Purchasing Coordinator

My responsibilities were but not limited to the following:
•	Review court ordered account files for accuracy and completeness. Review additional deposits and approve withdrawal and/or closure requests.
•	Process Money Judgments accurately and efficiently, including restricting accounts, notifying customers and branches and responding to the levying agency.
•	Effectively respond to inquiries from customers and branches relegating to department operations, policy and procedure, and legal processes handled by the Central Operations department.
•	Reconcile branch general ledger accounts and assist branch supervisors with teller/branch and ATM balancing.
•	Process customer research requests and estate requests, ensuring proper disclosure of customer information to third parties.

Central Operations Representative II

My responsibilities were but not limited to the following:
•	Provide customers with courteous, efficient, accurate and professional service.
•	Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cash advances, and IRA contributions and distributions.
•	Responsible for opening new accounts, safe deposit boxes, certificate of deposit rollovers, and vesting/account changes.
•	Assisted the branch supervisor in balancing the branch and ATM on a daily basis as well as conduct teller audits.
•	As the vault teller, was responsible for ordering and maintaining branch cash and servicing merchant customers.

Customer Service Representative

My responsibilities were but not limited to the following:
Meet and exceed sales goals (personal and store), consistently, provide excellent customer service, train new associates, cashier, approve returns, conduct store inventory, order supplies, balance cash drawers, prepare nightly bank deposits, participate in company meetings, maintain visual integrity of the store, merchandising, execute new floor sets, etc.
