I'm a graduate with a dual degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology and Purdue University, majoring in Apparel Design and Technology with a minor in Entrepreneurship.  

I am enthusiastic about fashion and I love to expand my business acumen. I am hard working and I can easily keep a smile on my face until the workday is over. My talents lie in creative detail and efficiency. I am proficient with a variety of computer programs and know my way around most forms of social media. I am a fast learner and always tackle a challenge with a positive attitude. I am ambitious and am always looking for ways I can contribute something more to a company!

Childcare Provider

Felix Magazine is a luxury lifestyle magazine currently serving Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles.
Oversee a team of writers in Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles and coordinate with photographers, stylists, and people of interest to create features in line with the focus of the publication. Oversee online presence at FelixMag.co and occasionally contribute content. 
•	Responsible for editing copy and layout of the magazine, interviewing and hiring new writers, and coordinating/conducting interviews and photo shoots with people of interest.
•	 Current Focus is:
o	Planning Chicago launch for Felix Magazine
•	Creating “Chicago Edition” with Chicago focused articles
•	Coordinating with PR team and Auxiliary Board to plan event 
o	Boosting online presence with up-to-date news and media
•	Previously coordinated Los Angeles launch with an “LA Edition”

Editor in Chief

Urban Outfitters is a contemporary retailer that offers men’s and women’s apparel, accessories, and apartment items. 
Create a collaborative environment that leverages the team to maintain all product flow policies and procedures. Partner with Store Merchandising Manager to make local and efficient decisions to maximize product receipt, placement, and replenishment. 
•	Responsible for all aspects of product flow including merchandise receipt, transfer, and damage/job-out procedures
•	Current Focus is:
o	Training as Women’s Accessories Team Lead to have a better understanding of specific departments
•	Responsible for knowing department numbers including top sales, top shrink, etc.

SALES ASSOCIATE

Steve and Kate's Camp is a summer program that allows ages K-8 children to choose their activities and find their inner autodidact in artistic and athletic ways.
-Encouraged self-learning in children ages K-7 in one of six studios (animation, dance, music, style, build, culinary)
-Was responsible for all the first grade activities during three separate times of the day, which included fostering friendships, coming up with creative games, and encouraging them to utilize the studios to their max

Partnered with designer/founder Lidia Wachowska to expand brand into accessories and children’s wear. Was responsible for monitoring hours and daily goals based on weekly directives. 
•Contributed design ideas for new markets
    o	Provided hand-drawn illustrations and technical flats for designs
    o	Constructed samples of accessories for intended Claire’s collaboration
•Created new fabric patterns and graphics for brand
    o	Created repeating prints, neon graphics, etc. in Adobe Illustrator
    o	Filled into mock-ups to provide fabrication visuals

DESIGN INTERN

Randa Accessories is a marketer, distributor, and manufacturer of lifestyle goods for men, women, and children. 
Worked closely with Senior Account Executive to learn and execute sales tasks. Occasionally worked with other Account Executives to learn and execute marketing and merchandising responsibilities. 
•	Responsible for updating company-wide sales reports each morning
•	Prepared materials for account meetings
o	Updated client reports
o	Organized samples
o	Put together meeting binders
•	Organized sample room and each account’s sample bundle

SALES INTERN

Victoria’s Secret is a specialty lingerie retailer, owned by Limited Brands. 
•	Experience in inventory, floor-sets, and stocking, as well as customer interaction and sales

Petland is a locally owned franchise pet store specializing in pet and pet supplies sales. 
•	Fostered constant interaction between children and animals in a safe, secure manner

•	Managed birthday parties with groups of children as large as fifteen 
•	Praised frequently for outstanding customer interaction and work ethic by managers
•	Intensive sales training to build value with a extensive line of products as well as animals

Wheaton Animal Hospital is a busy small animal clinic staffed by seven veterinarians.
•	Hired as a Kennel Worker due to my extensive animal knowledge  
•	Was responsible to feed, water, and medicate upwards of 50 dogs at a time
•	Received frequent praise from the veterinarians and vet technicians on my hard work and my tendency to go above and beyond what was required of me
