Assistant Designer

•	Work directly with designer to create and develop samples for production
•	Pattern making, Draping, Garment construction
•	Cut and sew design samples, fabrications, fit, trim to finish.
•	Inspect specification measurement, embroideries, colors, artwork, fit samples
•	Analyze Color Forecast and Fashion Trends
•	Develop and Make new production and sample markers with editing and adjustments
•	Create and maintain product specifications including technical sketches, graded measurements and inspect product standards to reflect optimum fit, construction and styling
•	Create and revise technical flat sketches and line sheets
•	Work closely with head designer to develop new denim washes and novelty prints
•	Manage and maintain oversea social media and marketing
•	Assist model castings and look book photoshoots

•	Lead and oversee production of offshoot brand Triplesum By James Jeans.
•	Responsible for managing apparel quality, garment inspection, fitting and construction details
