Provide private security services for various Idaho state agencies. Operate the control room, which includes communication and coordination with patrol officers, emergency personnel, and law enforcement agencies. Collect and organize data such as daily activity reports, incident reports, and witness reports. Supervise a team of ten or more officers that includes performance evaluation, uniform inspections, and overseeing the daily tasks and duties of the job.

Parcel

Performed compliance checks on businesses selling alcohol to ensure they were not selling alcohol to minors. Traveled all over Idaho to perform these checks with the Idaho State Police and local law enforcement agencies. Composed reports of each violation and testified in court.

Alcohol Beverage Control

Called on behalf of various magazine publications to have their expired subscribers re-subscribe, and customer service.

Telemarketer

In charge of the cash register for all purchases at my location, light computer maintenance, counting the money in the cash register at the end of each shift, and helped with food preparation and customer service.
