Client Service Specialist

Manage the business by creating orders accurately and on time. Have working knowledge of Oracle, Word/Excel, and Outlook. Collaborate with 13 reps and 500+ accounts to provide ongoing communication regarding order management issues. Foster a relationship of mutual respect and ownership. Provide complete and professional service, with the goal of assisting all issues when possible and minimizing transfers.

Schedule and organize appointments throughout the club. Assist all customers and clients with problems and questions, and communicate clear and direct information to management daily.

Front Desk 

Operational coordination of non-profit rural education and small business development in remote locations in Ghana, Africa. Organized and facilitated a 10 week business course for uneducated adults, developed business plans, and administered microloans to qualified participants. Managed and mentored the small business development and loan portfolios in the area.

Organized and led tours on a strict time-schedule. Key communicator to all customers, providing detailed descriptions and safety orientation information. Created a friendly and welcoming environment in inclement weather, operated and led customers on tour equipment.
