Job duties include training employees in all areas of warehousing from forklift operators to order pullers. In charge of opening and closing, scheduling, inventory, and quality control. Safety supervisor for the warehouse also includes weekly checks of the warehouse. Responsible for when VAS (valued added services) is needed for our customers such as re-ticketing, re-packing or price changes.  Daily quality control checks on orders completed to assure accuracy for our customer too reduce charge backs.

Work with upper management on customer profiles and projects regarding bill rates and cost for target dates.

DC Supervisor

Inventory control manager/Safety manager & H.A.C.C.P. Coordinator. Responsible for reviewing daily reports to assure accuracy with sales, receiving, sale margins, adjustments, voids, returns, and item modifications. Assigned stock takers in my department are assigned stock numbers daily to cycle count products to assure inventory integrity. Professional communicating with vendors, buyers and customers on a verity of subjects daily. Review reports by all department supervisors and managers of the warehouse based on corporate procedures. Example: out dated product, damages, sale items, receiving problems, inventory issues, invoices, vouchers, and products with plu/upc problems. As third top warehouse manager I was responsible to identity and solve these issue in a timely manner. I was in constant communication with corporate via E-MAIL and by phone. Trained on all warehouse departments and filled in when needed.
