Director of Business Development

•	Experience calling on headquarters level of national DMR’s with touch points at all levels, including sales and training events at call centers.
•	Launched BTS program, opened opportunities at Follett, B&N and top 100 college technology reselllers on campuses across the US.
•	Created VAR sales campaign; VAR recruitment, rewards program and lead generation process.

National Account Manager

- Responsible to a $52 Million annual revenue target, tracking 106% of quota. Exceeded quota seven of past eight quarters.
- Developed sales and marketing activities for 25 national accounts and over 4,000 VARs.
- Manage outbound sales team of six regional reps, four customer-service reps and bid desk. 
- Created demand-generation and lead-qualification programs for Security products launch to SMB, Enterprise, Education and Government customers in North America. 
- Defined and implemented Ed retail sales programs. Increased CE product sales in the channel 105%, $600,000 to $1,250,000.

- Clear understanding of P&L responsibility, including forecasting, quota/budget management, annual planning cycles, major account presentations, etc.

Manager, B2B Sales Team

- Responsible for driving Iomega products into Education retail channels through strategic partnerships, sales management, targeted marketing and creative messaging to the 18-22 year old market. 
- Increase in previous year’s channel revenue was 20% during an overall company revenue decline of 15%.
- Opened new distribution relationships that accounted for incremental revenue of $2 million.
- Defined and launched sales campaign, utilizing existing sales force that introduced new product line to market accounting for over 30% of total sell through.

Manager, Business Development

- Directed all legal, financial, sales, marketing and distribution details for entire start-up operations in Europe. Primary focus was on sales development of OEM channel and brand recognition resulting in positioning CTGI as market leader.
- Drove a two-channel marketing approach: OEM and Distribution.  Both channels had significant sales growth on target to reach $4 million at year-end.
- Focused international management and employees alike on opportunities that exist in European market overcoming “out-of-sight-out-of-mind” mentality that often exists with a new, remote location office.  
- Broke down barriers, developed cross-country sales plan utilizing rep firms throughout Europe.
