•	Real AYP, a measure used to determine how much a student grows in a year, averaged 1.3 which meant students grew 1.3 years in the span of 1 academic year, while district Math Department was an average of 0.76
•	During tenure, students grew 26% on Colorado English Language Acquisition exam, the highest amount of growth in the history of Harrison High School
•	Work directly with 100+  students who speak English as a second language and teach them mathematics aligned to the Common Core Standards
