Sr. Account Manager

•	Managed accessories division for all Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s in the US, women’s and men’s. 
•	Monitor weekly replenishment orders through EDI.
•	Update order information as needed to move EDI through allocation.

Wholesale Support Representative

•	Act as liaison between sales representatives, design, production, shipping and credit department. 
•	Assist to all Sales Reps in APAC, EMEA, and America’s territories. 
•	Handle all Wholesale and Retail accounts within International for Asia, Mexico, Australia, Europe, and Canada
•	Work with shipping to arrange shipments of orders and prepare appropriate export shipping documents. 
•	Confirm orders and pricing with customer via acknowledgements and/or proforma invoices.
•	Ensure orders ship on time to meet customer’s expectations, communicate back to customer if timelines have changed.
•	Understand and communicate special Routing/Shipping requirements
•	Work with Chamber of Commerce on required Paperwork for Customs Purposes (i.e. Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Free Sale, and NAFTA).
•	Work cross-departmentally with line planning, inventory planning, and production in order to manage and grow business. 
•	Request and organize samples and photos for Sales Meetings. 
•	Created manual billing and invoice documents and respective paperwork. 
•	Process UPC Reports and Invoice Reports.
