Summary

Currently I have been working for Hewlett Packard, which holds the contract to service the Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI). I have worked over two years providing technical customer service to our armed forces to the best of my ability. The NMCI is the largest network next to the Internet itself with approximately 800,000 users and 400,000 assets. These users depend on my experience in order to resolve their technical issues in order to perform their daily duties.
