I have 11 years of experience in product design, engineering, commercialisation, and project management. 

I have both founded and operated multiple successful companies that currently export around the globe. 

I have designed and co-designed a number of products and have many product patents to my name. 

My focus is on innovation, aesthetics and functionality and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

Nook Products manufacture and distribute a highly innovative modular wine rack for the worldwide market. We believe it is the best all round wine storage solution on the planet. It combines beautiful aesthetics, simple and flexible assembly and installation, cost effectiveness, durability and simplicity. 

The wine rack was designed entirely from the ground up by myself. It is the result of working closely with industry professionals, studying existing wine rack designs and testing and trialling many different materials, designs and manufacturing processes. The result is an elegant, simple solution that is cost effective and aesthetically pleasing. The two piece design saves on packaging materials, wastage and utilises recyclable materials. 

It's beautiful aesthetic was developed to reflect changing wine storage habits as they transition into visible living spaces with modern decor, materials and finishes. The product is also durable, robust and resistant to corrosion and other degrad

Managing Director & Designer

At Obtainium I have co-designed and created a new range of the ultimate new men's wallets. This is our launch product and we have a number of new products to follow up with. Obtainium is a company that designs great products, and challenge the status quo.
My role here has involved:
- Concept design and testing
- Setup and management of production
- Seeking and exploiting marketing and distribution channels

Operations Manager & Designer

Nottage Design design and manufacture the most desirable ultra-modern glass-top pool tables furniture.

I have been a managing director of this company and managed and delegated all areas of the business.

Approximately 75% of our products are exported and we market our products to a worldwide market.

All designs and concepts were done by myself, the manufacturing originally done in house with a small team. All production is now outsourced to high quality contractor companies. 

I oversee all aspects of the company and have planned and implemented most aspects in action today.

The company has had excellent sales success and continues to innovate and broaden it's market reach. Our products have been sold and installed in most continents on earth!

Managing Director

In this role I consulted to multiple companies on an ad-hoc basis, providing Industrial Design services such as 3D CAD modelling (ranging from initial visual concepts to fully detailed CAD models ready for manufacture), 2D drawings for manufacture, photo-realistic renderings, 2D presentation layouts, video and photo editing.

Freelance Industrial Designer

I worked as a designer for the Wire By Click company for 3 and a half years providing my design consulting services for the new innovated soft wiring system that is now an industry leader and making sales in many large scale projects. 
I generated and tested a number of concepts all the way through to the final product that is now in production.
Skills used:
- System configuration, specification of technical components, prototyping and testing. Full range of design skills were used in this area. Hand Sketches, 3D concepts, High end SLA/SLS prototypes(used for presentation purposes), production representative designs used for testing, liaising with manufacturers and detail design for the final version, resulting in manufacturable 2D and 3D cad data.
