I have been involved since day one of my employment in jobs where customer service has been the focal point. My experience has made me acutely aware of the wants and needs of customers. I understand what it takes to not only make customers happy, but a staff as well. In all of my jobs, I have always been promoted swiftly through the company. I achieve this with my hard work and dedication to always perform to the best of my abilities. It has been proven with my job experience that I am a great leader. One who has always understood what is asked of me, and the willingness to go above and the beyond what is necessary to complete mu job. I expect the best out of myself, as well as those I work with. It is my goal to not only perform well, but to motivate those that I supervise to do the same.
