Assistant Project Manager

Responsibility for project assignments begins with the project development and continues through the final close out of the project.  Assistant PM is involved in multiple concurrent projects assisting in and responsible for: 

-preparation on financing applications and meeting other lender requirements,
-preparing drawings and specifications for Request for Proposals,
-monitoring and managing architectural, construction, and shop drawings starting at the planning and development phase, throughout the lifespan of the project completely until close-out including Final As-Built Drawings,
-coordination and documentation of periodic project meetings,
-meeting with Project Managers to discuss issues associated with the development and construction processes,
-processing weekly schedule updates,
-on-site inspections,
-process invoices and change order requests,
-completion of project permitting requirements to local, state, and federal agencies,
-preparing project budgets, cash flow projections, and project schedules along with other project managers, project coordinator, and construction superintendents,
-coordination and undertaking any other project tasks as may be assigned

-Certified CrossFit Level-1 Trainer through the CrossFit Certificate Course consisting of practical, physical, and written assessments

-Associate coach/trainer at a facility built upon the principles of safe and effective training through the CrossFit and functional fitness methodologies

-Coordinate and plan group events for current gym athletes, prospective members, competitors, and staff.  Events are held in house and external venues across town attracting anywhere form 15-100+ attendees and participants

-Attend weekly staff meetings consisting of continuing education, event planning, and general administrative business

-Provide gym management on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule according to standard operating procedures

Coach/Trainer

-Analyzed economic models for the relevance and feasibility of a commercial power plant facility to be constructed on the capital island of The Bahamas 

-Organized data for the specifics required in a formal Request For Proposal.  Utilized market data for the construction of numerous models, graphs, and charts inserted into the multi-staged RFP

-Screened potential new development sites for the implementation of efficient and renewable power generation  

-Attended periodic international meetings and site visits as required throughout the duration of the project

Project Associate

Hankamer School of Business, Advanced Technology Lab; Managed the business school computer lab operations and two other employees.  Solve student issues involving basic processes such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet problems.  Document problems relating to various lab equipment devices including over 90 desktop computers.

Managed collaborative work portfolio of five different companies; Constructed promotional marketing campaigns for use in future events; Established collaborative, professional relationships with clientele necessary for development and growth of the business; Researched market data for relative projects; Contributed general managerial support.
