FACTORIES/SOURCING
*	Participated in the vetting of new factories by visiting and meeting the facility prior to sending any orders

*	Traveled to Mexico on weekly basis to strengthen relationships, plan, monitor programs in production and to evaluate factories for capacities and execution

*	Partnered with warehouse and logistics teams regarding inbound shipments and finished goods receipts to ensure goods are planned to receive and accounted for

*	Reviewed sub-contractor agreements for accuracy and terms between all parties involved
*	Discussed solutions with overseas teams concerning chargeback issues in order to avoid financial losses
*	Worked closely with customer service and sales to ensure routing guidelines and labeling requirements are being followed to avoid chargebacks from customers
