Sports Information Intern

I am partially responsible for managing the Midland University Athletics Twitter account. I send meaningful tweets about sporting events fr events that deal with individual teams. I am also responsible for assisting with the input of statistics of Midland Athletes. I also assist the SID with any other duties he needs me to perform

During my time at the Fremont Family YMCA I interned under one of the program coordinators. I was able to spend a lot of time working in a hands on manner with the youth volleyball, soccer and basketball programs. This helped me learn how how to develop a youth program and I even developed an outline for an adult wiffle ball league that the YMCA could choose to implement.

YMCA Intern

I was responsible for taking care of a complex of four baseball fields. I did things such as rebuilding pitching mounds, prepping fields for games, mowing, hanging/moving advertisements. I was also responsible for facilitating anything that fans or coaches might need over the course of the games.
