18 years of progressive experience in our Distribution Center that was in Los Angeles and now in Foothill Ranch. Was responsible for efficiency and accuracy in all my departments that I was assigned to. Had to keep our budget expenses at a minimum and cost per unit by each department. My verifiable strengths were in designing and improving processes and work procedures in support of continuous improvement programs in order to meet our daily goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills collaborate with team members to identify and remedy work issues. Well-versed in all aspects of a Distribution Center including inventory management, quality improvement, safety programs, scheduling work hours  and maintenance. 


This was my first and only job I started as a temporary employee and was promoted up to a supervisor position.
