Cover Artist/Ads/Graphic Designer

I have over three years of graphic design and illustrator experience. I have worked with several clients to create advertisements, cover art, collector items, and website themes that fit the marketing needs. Five years of human resource experience in employee relations, training and recruiting. I’m looking to be involved in an environment that will utilize my skills and offer an opportunity to grow. I received my Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I am self-motivated and persistent in the work I do.

• Decreased response times to HRIT issues from 5 days to 3 days 
• Implemented 24 hour response time for all HRMS issues, the issue did not have to be resolved but notification of progress was sent out
