As the Marketing Specialist at Lagrange Systems, I develop and execute lead and demand generation initiatives such as producing digital marketing content, analyzing digital campaigns along with planning national and local events. My primary focus is on creating organic content to build market awareness and generate leads while also developing a unique online community to share ideas, thought leadership and curate industry specific best practices.

Previous to Lagrange Systems, I was a Social Media Specialist for a global recruiting firm where I developed and implemented talent attraction strategies through various social media platforms for the organization’s employer brand as well as for multiple clients across various industries.

Lagrange Systems, a Boulder-based startup is bringing intelligence and true high availability to cloud computing. My focus as the Marketing Specialist was creating organic content to build product awareness and lead generation initiatives while also developing a unique online community to share ideas, thought leadership and curate industry specific best practices.

• Created and implemented quarterly and monthly editorial calendars for blog posts, social media and PR activities.
• Increased blog views by 620% from September 2014-February 2015. This increased organic search views from 5 to nearly 250 in 6-months and increased social media referrals from 10 to over 500 in the same time period.
• Created call-down templates for email and phone messaging to prospects, intuitive collateral for leave-behinds and various product descriptions and visual aids to facilitate the sales process.
• Created content for a five-month email nurture campaign to build lead generation. These campaigns averaged a 32% open rate and 2% click-through rate.
• Researched and planned local and national events for sponsorships, awards and outreach. This resulted in two sponsorships for national events in 2015 and 5 speaking engagements.
• Project managed a 2-month website migration and redesign including copy for landing pages and page layouts.
• Managed copy for all internal and external newsletters. Increased email marketing visits to blog, which resulted in 35 new contacts for lead generation.
• Outlined copy and visual content for call to action buttons, infographics and data charts for case studies. Researched and wrote copy for all case studies.
• Managed social media channels including Google+, LinkedIn and Twitter and implemented content posting strategy to build engagement, influence and product awareness.
• Increased social reach by 5.2% month over month. Organically grew Twitter channel to over 400 followers and LinkedIn company page from 30 followers to 100 followers (over 200% increase).
• Managed PPC campaigns for Google AdWords and Twitter Ads, which contributed to 23% of all
website traffic.

Marketing Specialist

Social Media Specialist for the Strategic Talent Acquisition team at Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). The STA team provided proactive and flexible talent attraction strategies for clients to gain access and visibility to the best talent available by integrating technology platforms with social media.

• Responsible for developing and implementing the strategic initiative of social media for multiple client accounts in North America resulting in an average of 15% growth of social channels quarter over quarter.
• Analysis of social media innovation by performing research across multiple business industries including financial, technology, higher education, eCommerce and customer service to develop leading social strategies. This provided a competitive edge for each account within the evolving trends of social media and talent attraction.
• Responsible for training and educating recruitment teams from each client account on partnered technology platforms and social media channels to build talent communities. This resulted in an average of a 17% contribution to talent community growth in 2013 from recruiter outreach.
• Created and implemented monthly and/or weekly social media strategies for each client account to maintain the brand voice and curate relevant content to drive engagement and influence on each social channel.
• Created monthly and quarterly reports per account to show social media analytics, growth on each channel and results from marketing campaigns.
• In 2012 and 2013, lead the recruitment strategy for the South by Southwest Interactive Festival in Austin, Texas for Isis Mobile Commerce, a mobile payments startup company. This resulted in capturing over 4,000 unique individuals to add to the Isis talent community along with social media marketing opportunities for enhancing the Isis employment brand.
• Developed a ‘tone of voice’ guide document that outlines an ideal candidate profile based on company culture and communication guidelines including brand voice examples for each client account.
• Developed the AGS global social media strategy for talent acquisition across various social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram. These target channels were identified after performing extensive research on popular social media channels around the world. Created global marketing campaign strategy and monthly content strategy calendar for 2014.

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Social Media

Social Media Manager at a volunteer abroad/teach abroad organization. The mission of GeoVisions is to help individuals develop global skills to succeed in the twenty-first century. These skills will ultimately lead to greater cooperation and understanding among nations and peoples of the world.

• Managed the alumni network of returnees of GeoVisions’ programs including the President’s Volunteer Service Award. This supported the networking of returnees with other volunteers and rewarded them with a nationally recognized award.
• Built Twitter and Facebook responses and conversations around industry set ideas to drive
discussion and communication within the community of volunteers, projects and providers.
• Day to day management of social networking and marketing campaigns via Facebook. This work resulted in over 4,500 fans for the GeoVisions page to share their experiences online and
connect with other travelers.
• Managed Twitter channel to provide valuable updates and connect with GeoVisions fans and
volunteers daily. This resulted in an increased Klout score from 17 to 35 in 6 weeks and over 900 followers. Also named one of the top 10 International volunteer organizations to follow on Twitter in 2010.
•Instituted company social networking site GoAbroad.net, which facilitated volunteer connections, linked participant photos, blogs and videos to other social networking sites.
• Contributing author and Chief Editor for the GeoVisions blog and website.
• Developed creative marketing campaigns to engage current and alumni volunteers including
photo and video contests on Facebook.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER AND CONTENT EDITOR

The White House Project, a national, nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization, aims to advance women's leadership in all communities and sectors, up to the U.S. presidency.
Aided and assisted communication avenues such as Facebook and e-mail for better outreach to constituents which resulted in more effective and well attended town hall meetings.
Assisted in communication to constituents of low-income districts for sponsored legislation, which provided $5 million in funding for additional guidance counselors in struggling Denver Public Schools.
Responsible for writing draft e-mails on behalf of the Representative to reply to her constituents on certain issues. 
Responsible for filing House and Senate bills and keeping impeccable organization to the Representative's filing cabinet to aid in her efficiency.
