I earned my bachelor degree from University California of Riverside, major in Mechanical Engineering. My solid academic foundation can be shown by my Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certificate. For expertise, I am proficient in several engineering software, such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Matlab. This guarantees that I am able to work on both engineering design and technical analysis. Certainly, general computer software, like Microsoft Office and Photoshop, are also my professions. For working experiences, I first started off my career as a mechanical engineer intern at an engineering consultant company. I worked with my colleagues on various consulting cases - including retro-commissioning processes, implementing improved designs on existing systems and calculating heat loses and flow of a HVAC system. The job gave me a chance communicates professionally with manufacturers, contractors and engineers. Also, it leaded me to explore knowledge in different engineering fields, which provided me a broader engineering sense to make better decisions. Half year later, I decided to join HatiCon Solar USA as a design engineer. In the company, I assisted project engineers to design solar racks based on International Building Code (IBC) with wind load & snow load calculations. I also designed new components on top of the company existing system. Moreover, I create CAD drawings, renderings and even action renderings for projects and marketing. This working experience gave me hand-on experience on engineering design. Furthermore, due to tight time frame to create drawings for multiple projects simultaneously, this job also trained me to become self-motivated and able handle large amount of workload with stresses.
