Seeking a challenging position with an organization in the Cosmetics industry that would allow for strong written and verbal communication skills, business acumen, client relationship management,  and Makeup Artistry skills to be utilized. Along with professional experience in event planning and three years working with top level executives.    

Willing to relocate. Salary Requirements: $40,000-45,000 annually.

The Edge: Cosmetics Business Manager

Provide administrative support to the Vice President and the division’s 300 associates. Complete payroll for all associates through Kronos interface. Reconcile division facility statement and expense accounts. Plan and execute arrangements for all division retirements (e.g.: ceremonies, luncheons, US and Texas State flag requests, Presidential Letter requests, putting together flag cases). Maintain and track office supply inventory. Make both domestic and overseas travel arrangements for Vice President and all division managers. Maintain supervisor’s Outlook calendar. Answer telephone calls and respond to emails. Attend weekly manager meetings and take minutes. Provide backup to other Secretaries within the Sales Directorate. Check and sort mail and sign for accountable mail.

Secretary - Sales Directorate: Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment Division

Supervise a team of 18 Contractors. Data Cleansing for The Exchange website. Assist with copywriting of product descriptions and assignment of product attributes. Liaise with Exchange commodities (Softlines, Hardlines, Consumables) Buyers regarding branding and products for retail.

E-Commerce Project Manager

Provide administrative support to Vice President and Senior Vice President of the Sales Directorate. Ensure that supervisors are not late to or miss necessary meetings, update and maintain supervisors’ Outlook calendars, provide read-ahead materials prior to weekly meetings. Responsible for completing Weekly Staff Input report: editing, and consolidation. Routing, tracking, and editing Congressional letters, and tracking Executive Group Taskers. Assist with special projects and events such as retirements, promotion parties, holiday parties, and birthday parties. Ad and Fit model for the Softlines division. Reconcile Executive Office facility statement via IGLAS system monthly.  Complete payroll through Kronos interface for each pay period. Create Travel Vouchers in Gelco Expense Manager. Check email and respond accordingly, answer incoming calls.

Secretary - Sales Directorate Executive Office

Coordinated and hosted all Private Events for 15 or more guests including high profile clients (e.g. Kirk Franklin).  Responded to all Private Dining leads via telephone and email, arranged meetings with potential clients to discuss their event needs. Contributed to the success of each store by tripling sales through various marketing efforts.  Visited local businesses within a five mile radius promoting each restaurant. Attended various off-site community events as a representative of the company.  Provided support for annual Meeting Professionals International: Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter event (2010). Edited and arranged private dining menus and brochures. Assisted with setup and tear down of offsite events.
