Led and established the first fundraising campaign to raise $1M to be distributed to all the Universities in Quebec for HR. Planned and managed the foundation’s budgets. Developed and implemented the marketing strategies, campaign plans, and both short and long term strategies for sponsorship promotions. Developed donor and partner’s recognition program. Built relationships with donors and corporate partners.| Accomplishment include: • Created the first fundraising campaign of the Foundation. • Implemented the donor recognition plan that helped to accelerate the donor`s contributions. • Development initiatives for financing activities.
