Athletic Associate 

•	Works with Registrar on athletes eligibility (study tables)•	Works directly with coaches in regards to transportation, schedules, AOF Fee, and other Athletic information•	Clears transfer athletes to become eligible through CIF•	Directly works with Athletic Director •	Oversees athletic transportation and works directly with the school bus company•	Organizes and oversees the Athletic website and team pages•	Runs and organizes athletic events (Athletic Signing Day, Christmas Tree Fundraiser, and Scholar Athlete Lunch)•	Oversees and runs the school Master Calendar (Athletic games and school events)My goals are to excel in a sport environment. It has been my dream and goal to work in sports and really push myself. My goal is to also move up in a sports company and expand my knowledge.

•	Schedules staff meetings and school functions
•	Works with third parties on renting out school facilities
•	Creates invoices for third parties (monthly) 
•	Oversees all facility rentals and supervision
•	Directly works with supervisors and their schedules


Facilities Coordinator 

•	Coaches fifteen high school girls throughout the year
•	Organizes practices (Tennis drills & Conditioning)
•	Works with the team on physical & mental strength 
•	Organizes team schedule and tournaments 


Head Girls Tennis Coach 

•	Helped with recruit correspondence e-mails, letters and special events with the football program
•	Became proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point 
•	Increased effective communication skills through answering phone calls and emails
•	Learned how to organize special events and programs for the football team, boosters and parents
•	Built relationships with the high school student's parents by explaining to them the Chapman football program and showing them around campus
