Operations Director

My professional goal is to set roots in an outdoor sports setting.  Managing, inspiring, and caring for the individuals that share my passions.

Oversee all operations aspects of the corporate locations and implement consistency policies for franchise stores.

Oversee each operation within the Recreation and Entertainment departments in regards to increasing profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.   Including: Live show cast training, inventory, budgeting, payroll, event creation, programing, arcade management, recruiting, maintaining employee loyalty.

Recreation/Entertainment Manager

Audit the recreation department inventory. Scheduling of staff. Manage the weekly payroll system. Create yearly budgets for all recreation events, daily shows, and arcade operations.

Recreation Assistant Manager

Managed the entire public bobsled program from sale of the ticket to completion of the ride. Instructed the pre-ride orientation so riders could fully understand the dangers of the bobsled ride.  Ensure all riders completed the waver and orientation before enjoying the bobsled Comet ride. Scheduling a staff of 30. Worked directly with the EMT crew to ensure rider safety at all times.

Public Programs Department Lead

PSIA level 2 ski instructor.  Taught mainly children ranging from ages 3-12 years old.  Programed lessons 6 hours long to reach customer goals while teaching proper skiing technique. I also had a blast everyday sharing the love of shredding with the little ones.
