Shift Supervisor

I am a recent graduate from The Art Institute of Colorado with an emphasis in Commercial Photography.  During my time in school I worked at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor for 3 years.  I most enjoyed the customer service side of the job and enjoyed connecting with the customers.  The experience I had working at Starbucks has made me want to pursue a career in Customer Service because that's where a company is built, through the customer's experience.

-Handle all store operations when store manager is not working
-Make sure every customer leaves satisfied with product in hand
-Lead team throughout shift to make sure they are in the correct spot to ensure productivity is at the highest level.
-Handle all customer questions and concerns and make sure that no matter what the customer leaves the store in a good mood and satisfied
-Make sure the barista's are presenting customers with the highest level of customer service possible and treating every customer the same to ensure equality.


-Engage with the child's parents just to let them know that they can trust me with their child and that I will do my best to give them everything they need to succeed.
-Responsible for the safety of 25-30 children everyday
-Design lesson plans and activities on a weekly basis
-Assist the children with homework
-Introduce the children to different sports and activities to keep them from joining gangs
-Provide counseling for children that have trouble at home or school
-Provide assistance to families that need housing, food, clothes, or beds
