Regional Sales Manager

Responsible for sales in my territory of AZ & NV, while managing, developing and training 3 reps covering 7 western states for a medical manufacturer of anesthesia, critical care, emergency and respiratory supplies in the hospital, surgery center, ems and long-term care markets.  Also managed distribution relationships with Tri-Anim, Medline, Owens and Minor, Boundtree etc. Implemented sales to GPO partners such as, Novation, Premier, and Amerinet

Sr. Account Executive

Responsible for sales management and motivating of 7 reps (direct and independent) covering 12 states for a Specialty Anesthesia Distributor. Also actively managed the UT territory.  Assisted reps with disposable and capital equipment sales into hospitals and surgery centers.  Primary product line was Oridion product line for EtCO2 monitoring.  Partnered with monitor companies and PCA companies.  Primary call points: Anesthesia, OR, Respiratory, GI/Endo Lab, ED, ICU, Bio-med, MM and Nurse Educators.  Also worked and trained floor nurses and CNO's.   
Accomplishments:

National Sales Manager

Responsible for disposable and capital equipment sales into hospitals and surgery centers in Pennsylvania.  Primary call point Anesthesia/OR also c- levels,biomed, materials, respiratory, er and nicu.
Accomplishments:
•	 Company leader in sales growth (both $ and % increase) ’06 – ‘08 
•	Turned around a struggling Central/Western PA territory which was only achieving 50% of quota. Created marketing programs, used customer-centric approach and Miller-Heiman sales tools to take sales from $250,000 to over $800,000 in 2 ½ years ’06 –’08 

•	Initiated direct mail piece which allowed me to uncover and close the sale of 6 Penlon anesthesia gas machines and 7 Mindray monitors (with a commitment to purchase 12 more of each for ‘09). Was the first sale of Penlon machines for ASAP and first sale of Mindray monitors into US hospital market. Resulted in a net profit of over $300,000 for ASAP. 

•	Devised bundling program for disposable anesthesia supplies, which resulted in a commitment of over $1

Territory Manager

Established and improved distribution/dealer network of medical and rehab divisions of an international manufacturer of massage, rehab, spa and medical products.   
Accomplishments:
•	Negotiated contracts with buying groups and distributors resulting in a sales increase and increased exposure and market coverage

•	Actively, successfully explored new business-development opportunities to expand growth potential by partnering with distributors and buying groups to gain entry into emerging markets 

•	Created and implemented website template to facilitate the immediate addition of Oakworks products on distributor web sites.
